I prefer to draw females than males
Extra costs will be added to the base price depending on the character
Do not commission me if you do not like to wait

I. GENERAL TERMS

  • Please provide neat references. I will not accept a block of text descriptions and/or uncolored sketches without an idea on where the colors go.

  • Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

II. PAYMENT / REFUNDING

  • All commissions must all be paid in full upfront when asked.

  • Payment must be received in order for me to start working.

  • Priority / Rush commissions are 2-3x the price depending when the due date is.

  • For DA points, there is a waiting period of 2 weeks to clear the payment before I start

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

  • You may only ask for a refund if there are no updates/I have not completed the drawing within 3 months of accepting payment.

  • Refund cannot be given for DA, Arbum, and Flight Rising for now

III. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • I will not make any big changes as they should've been decided during the sketch phase

  • After a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made.

  • The commissioner is ALLOWED to change or draw over the original commission piece as long as I am still credited. However, they CANNOT reproduce/trace over to make their own separate drawing OR COVER MY WATERMARK.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

  • I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

  • Personal use only unless agreed otherwise

V. ADOPTS / DESIGNS

  • For MYOS, please provide me any bases needed

  • You are allowed to resell my adopts/designs at any price as long as the buyer knows its initial worth.

  • I will not allow any of my designs to be converted into a CS that does not allow you to cannot void a MYO. You MUST contact me for permission to convert into a MYO if this is the case. If not, then no need. My GA designs do not apply to this rule.

  • You may not claim that you have made the design.

  • Please send creator/designer credits to xSilverlight for my adopts on TH if you have a TH

VI. Commercial use

  • Commercial usage will be 2-3x the calculated price depending on the commission

  • Ask me about Vtuber commissions

  • For YCH: If the base is not created by me, then commercial use is NEVER allowed
